AI Dev Platform & Firmstone

An orchestration system that coordinates six specialised AI agents through a complete software development lifecycle: PM, Architect, Developer, QA, DevOps, and Security. It includes a custom story-state workflow engine with automated Definition of Ready/Done enforcement, real build and test feedback loops, and context filtering that reduced API costs by 60 to 65 percent.

Firmstone is the commercial product built on top: a multi-tenant SaaS letting agencies offer AI-powered software delivery to their clients, with Stripe billing, client and agency portals, and a full operator dashboard.

Financial Agents Platform

A daily research pipeline monitoring 232 symbols across stocks, ETFs, metals, and crypto. Specialised agents handle discovery, data collection, research, signal scoring, and briefing compilation on a scheduled overnight cycle, producing a structured morning briefing before any trade decision is made.

Built to operate autonomously while the operator sleeps, with limit orders, stop-losses, and mandatory human approval before any position is opened.

Utspoken

A voice journaling PWA for people with ADHD and neurodiverse users who find handwritten journaling difficult. Voice recordings are transcribed using a locally-run Whisper model and encrypted end to end. The journal is private by design, with no third-party access to content.

Built on the hypothesis that early AI adopters skew heavily ADHD and neurodiverse, Utspoken ships with a built-in cloud MCP server. Users can connect their own AI agents directly to their journal data. The only journaling product that does this.
